November 12th.....
Spent my birthday studying for a logic midterm. Luckily, received very heart-warming messages from friends and family.

November 13th....
Got a surprise birthday celebration from Helen and Linda. When I walked into the apt, strings of purple paper cranes welcomed me, and the two immediately started strumming discordantly on the ukulele and guitar. Haha....made me laugh. Then, not noticing my presence, Mina came in and asked Linda if it was okay she has gotten a chocolate mousse cake for me. I was right behind the wall so I heard everything. haha. She's so adorable. Then, Helen and Linda made me change and brought me to Yamato, a very posh Japanese restaurant in Westwood.

Hmmmm....writing this kind of stuff on the blog is quite boring. What's more entertaining was probably the conversations I had with Helen on love and lesbians. She said when she goes to Ninja's place, she sees so many girls and she feels like she is in competition with those girls.
